Returns:

    • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds:

  1. Full Refunds:

    • Full refunds are issued for eligible items in their original condition.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with obvious signs of use or damage not due to our error.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, are non-refundable.
    • We do not accept chargeback-based payments for custom or high-value orders. more then $250

Exchanges:

  1. Product Exchanges:
    • We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. Customers can return the original item and place a new order.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund if your request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item has been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

3. Custom Orders

  • Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your custom order details carefully before placing your order.

4. Refunds
